Pan fry some oysters

I saw fresh shucked oysters this week, which haven’t been available at my usual grocery stores. It was a sign—to finally try one of my saved recipes for pan-fried oysters. I’ll be making these again. Besides being delicious, they didn’t make my kitchen smell as “fishy” as seafood usually does.
