Make a Spicy CFA

When it comes to copycat recipes, Jason Farmer DOES. NOT. PLAY. He attempted the Chick-fil-A Spicy Chicken Sandwich a modest 27 times—modest compared to the 40 attempts to perfect CFA’s classic sandwich recipe, and his 60 tries at a Popeyes sandwich. All in pursuit of what he calls “exactitude.”

I’ve made this several times with chicken breasts, skinless boneless thighs, or tenders. I leave out the MSG and oven or pan fry, as I’m not into deep frying.
