Leftover turkey anyone?

This soup is in my regular rotation, usually made with leftover chicken instead of turkey. I make it almost exactly like this, but add mushrooms and sage. The sage gives it a flavor that’s similar to stuffing.

If you happen to have leftover turkey today, I recommend making a Turkey & Wild Rice Soup like this one. I’ll be freezing some turkey this Thanksgiving to make it later on.
