Fix the memory full warning in ChatGPT

If the dreaded warning “Memory Full !” is at the top of your ChatGPT interface, your results will not be as tailored to your preferences as it was without. The fix for this is easy if you know where to go. You can delete all memories, but I prefer to delete only the non-essential ones.

This video is a bit older but has the clearest instructions. The only thing that is different now is that when they say to click the “Manage” button to delete some memories, it now says “Manage memories” in small type, instead.
