Discord for dummies

Discord is a popular communication platform that allows users to create and join communities called servers, where they can interact real-time via text, voice, and video chat. Launched in 2015, it was initially designed for gamers to communicate during gameplay, but has expanded to include communities such as education, business, and hobbies—and has over 150 million users.
