Clean a burnt enamel pot

I may or may not have burned rice in my enamel soup pot, and it looked like the turquoise pot in this video. The Hot Sorcerer effectively attacks this cleaning challenge in EASY-ish Le Creuset Cleaning | Work Smart, Not Hard. I’m still repeating this process, and it is a process.

PS, Both times I’ve had to do this, it was rice that burned in the pot. And the burn pattern in this vid looks the same, so don’t do as we have done. Boil your rice in a stainless steel pot.
