Calming Evening or Morning Stretch Routine from FitnessBlender
My doctor recommends that I do “around 20 minutes of stretching a day,” and this is my favorite stretching video find so far. There is no annoying music, so you can choose your own playlist along with it. It is moderate level, so will not be for everyone.
