A different kind of list

I don’t watch a lot of Mel Robbins, but it is clear that she wants us to do “just one thing in the morning.” There was the 3-2-1 blast-off out of bed thing, the look in the mirror as you brush your teelth and tell yourself something (I can’t remember) thing, and now there is a new “one thing”. I actually like this new morning thing, and will try it.

I can’t remember which 90ish minute podcast from Mel’s channel had it, but remember wanting to share this idea in my newsletter. Now I can, because a few channels are sharing this one minute cut from it, that gets right to the thing.
